GGSIO implemented a 12-month project aimed at improving women’s and children’s access to formal and social justice mechanisms in Parwan Province.
The initiative combined legal awareness, capacity building for defense lawyers, mock trials, public advocacy campaigns, and the establishment of a legal and psychosocial counseling center. A high-level symposium on access to justice was also organized to strengthen collaboration between civil society, legal institutions, and government stakeholders.
The project contributed to strengthening rule of law, increasing legal awareness, and improving institutional support systems for vulnerable groups.
