The Good Governance Studies Institute–Organization (GGSIO) and Hamkar Services Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish institutional cooperation in the areas of youth development and sustainable development initiatives.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Ghulam Mohammad Khorasani, Deputy Director of Hamkar Services Company, and Mr. Ahmad Etemadi, Executive Director of GGSIO.
The MoU outlines collaboration in the following areas:
- Joint organization of training programs and conferences aimed at enhancing youth capacity and professional skills
- Cooperation in supporting and advancing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Implementation of exchange camps and development programs across various sectors
- Joint provision of human resource and professional development services
This partnership reflects GGSIO’s commitment to multi-sector collaboration and private sector engagement in advancing youth empowerment, institutional capacity-building, and sustainable development objectives in Afghanistan.
