The Good Governance Studies Institute–Organization (GGSIO) organized the “No to Plastic” Campaign to promote environmental protection and raise public awareness about the harmful impacts of plastic waste.
The initiative aimed to encourage responsible consumption practices, reduce plastic pollution, and strengthen community engagement in environmental stewardship.
The campaign was attended by the Director General of the National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA), highlighting institutional support for environmental reform efforts. In addition to public awareness activities, GGSIO conducted several consultation sessions with NEPA to discuss policy measures and strategies for improving environmental protection mechanisms.
These consultations focused on refining environmental policies, strengthening regulatory frameworks, and enhancing coordinated action to reduce plastic waste nationwide.
Through this campaign, GGSIO reinforced its commitment to Green Governance by combining public advocacy with policy dialogue and institutional collaboration.
